1: RINSE gently rinse herbs before use, pat dry. Remove leaves from stems, roughly chop.
2: PLACE herbs all over the beef roast and the bottom of the roasting pan, underneath and around the beef. Note: Bay leaves are used to flavor the beef only, should be removed before serving.
3: COOK beef roast. Remove when done, cool 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
